Police Priority Arrives in Charlotte, North Carolina
December 22, 2009
Charlotte-area residents now have a new – and better – choice for their home and business security services. Universal Monitoring today announced the launch of a Police Priority certified security solution that expedites the response of law enforcement.
Police Priority offers a new and improved alternative to traditional alarm systems and an unmatched experience for customers. Police Priority uses visual aids that are part of the new system to help identify the cause of alarms. That information is then communicated to law enforcement increasing the response time to an actual burglary.
Police Priority also decreases the amount of false alarms that typically plague traditional alarm systems. This helps Charlotte Mecklenburg Police and surrounding law enforcement agencies to be more efficient and only respond to “crimes-in-progress”.
“Today’s launch of Police Priority represents the fulfillment of our commitment to bring a new era of security to our communities,” said Clayton Kemp, Universal Monitoring president.
